Sales Executive PSM Recruitment are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join a growing branded merchandise business, based near Sevenoaks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and, most importantly, taking ownership of their own sales desk. For the first 3 6 months, the role will be primarily telephone-based. You will be responsible for building your own customer base from a cold desk, identifying potential target companies, generating your own leads and developing new business through proactive telesales. This isn''t a role where you''ll simply be handed a list of leads and told who to call. We want someone who uses their own initiative, someone who can identify the right sectors and businesses to target, understands what will be valuable to the company and takes responsibility for building their own pipeline. Once you have established your desk and demonstrated your ability to develop strong customer relationships, the role will progress to include face-to-face client meetings, visiting customers and developing accounts out on the road.
