Electrical Site Manager - Contract Role North West London £300 per day An established MandE contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a large-scale care home development in North West London. The project consists of a 130-bed care facility with an MandE value of approximately £7 million. There are 12 months remaining on the programme, with the potential for future projects on completion for the right individual. The Role You will oversee electrical installation activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery against programme and specification. You will be working within an existing project structure that includes: Electrical-biased MandE Project Manager Mechanical Site Manager Junior MandE Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Managing electrical installation works, labour resourcing, and subcontractor coordination Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management Reviewing drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance Supporting testing, commissioning, and quality control processes Maintaining site safety in line with legislation and company procedures Liaising with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners Requirements: Proven track record as an Electrical Site Manager within building services Experience on large MandE packages or care home, residential, or healthcare schemes Strong understanding of electrical compliance, testing, and industry regulations SSSTS
