Production-Operative(Manufacturing )

Location: Doncaster (DN8)

We are currently recruiting for a Production / Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Doncaster (DN8) area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment with competitive pay and consistent working hours.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (4 out of 5 shift pattern)
• 06:00am-6pm-

Pay Rates:

• First 39 hours: -13.69 per hour
• After 39 hours): -19.03 per hour

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing-environment is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to own transport (site not accessible via public transport)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Assembling and manufacturing products to required quality standards
• Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
