You will be based in central Manchester and will be responsible for budgets and all mechanical systems. Ensure all statutory compliance and legal provisionsOperate within the annual budgetTake full responsibility for all the mechanical systems Full compliance with statutory requirements, in line with SFG20Provide specialist advice and guidance on new Mechanical Pressure Systems and Gas plant investments What you''ll need to succeed Excellent organisation and communication skillsAbility to manage contractorsProficiency in working with standard Office IT, Microsoft Word, Access and Excel Understanding of Maintenance Management Systems, e.g. PLANON.
