Credit Controller - London or Birmingham - Up to £36,000 plus bonus and benefits - Hybrid working My client, a market leading global professional services organisation are looking to recruit a permanent Credit Controller for their London head office or Birmingham office offering hybrid and flexible working. Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of your own ledger, driving cash collection, reducing overdue debt and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for proactively managing outstanding balances, resolving invoice and billing queries, identifying potential payment risks and implementing effective collection strategies. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will also provide meaningful reporting and analysis to support cash flow performance and improve overall credit control processes.
