This is a key role providing day-to-day support across HR administration, payroll coordination, and general operations, helping ensure the smooth running of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Support HR processes including onboarding, contracts, leave tracking, and employee queries Liaise with payroll providers and ensure accurate data management Assist with recruitment coordination and compliance Maintain HR records and support reporting Provide general operational support across the organisation Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration About You: Previous experience in HR administration or operations, ideally within the charity or education sector Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team working to improve access and outcomes for underrepresented talent across sectors.
