We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Manager - Investment to join our team in Wembley, combining both office and home working.The Role:As Projects Manager, you''ll play a key role in leading the planning, delivery, and performance of large scale maintenance and refurbishment programmes across our housing stock.You''ll be responsible for:Managing investment and retrofit projects worth up to £6m annually.Overseeing contractors to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Driving performance through effective contract management, KPIs, and service improvement.Acting as a key point of contact for contractors, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.Monitoring budgets, authorising payments, and ensuring value for money.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, building standards, and regulatory requirements.Promoting continuous improvement, sustainability, and building safety across all projects.This role offers a high level of autonomy, working closely with senior managers but with the independence to make sound operational and technical decisions that deliver real impact for our residents.What We''re Looking For:Experien
