to lead Borderless Payroll''s growth and operations and transition the company from startup to scale up to a more dominant position in the UK market and abroad. The ideal candidate should ideally have a background in managing companies within the payroll, recruitment or financial services sector.The Managing Director will be fully accountable for the performance of the company, leading with a strategic mindset and focusing on operational efficiency and expansion. You will report directly to the board and lead senior-level management in various departments.Shape and execute the company''s long-term strategy with a focus on the UK''s growth as well as expanding our international footprint and revenue generationOversee operations across all locations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality in servicesDevelop and implement strategies for expanding into new geographical markets and sectors, and increasing revenue in our existing locations , with quarterly reviews of performanceCompliance and Risk Management:Ensure total compliance with UK employment law, financial regulations and company policies.
