• Process routine HR administration, including filing, data entry and document preparation.
• Respond to general HR queries and direct requests to the appropriate contact.
• Arrange meetings and maintain calendars to support planned HR activity.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports for HR processes.
• Keep electronic and paper files organised so documents can be accessed easily.
• Update HR systems with employee information and check entries for accuracy.
