Purpose of PositionThe Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing Sales Training Programs for NetJets Europe, working closely with the NJE Organization Development team to ensure alignment. Collaborating with the Director of Commercial and Sales and Marketing teams, this role investigates sales processes and designs practical courses to equip the Sales Team with necessary tools and knowledge, refining their skills and boosting confidence in their roles.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDefine knowledge, experience, and training curriculum for each Sales Department role in partnership with Sales Management and the NJE OD team.Identify and analyze knowledge and skills gaps to improve performance.Develop and maintain sales training curriculum, including refresher courses, to ensure high performance.Collaborate with Global Enablement teams to develop and execute cross-departmental initiatives.Develop train-the-trainer programs to ensure high-quality training delivery across the organization.Provide coaching to sales managers to strengthen their teams.Develop onboarding programs to support new hires'' growth and effectiveness.Plan and deliver ongoing training using diverse media channels, preparing materials to maximize effectiveness.Manage and optimize the Sales Training budget, leveraging industry best practices.Ensure sales team information is well-presented and effectively communicated.Become a credible expert in sales topics to influence learning and policy adoption.Support the Sales team daily to ensure consistent understanding across regions.Measure training effectiveness and seek continuous improvement through feedback and process redesign.EducationBachelor''s degree in Management or MarketingCertifications and LicensesYears of Experience4-6 years of relevant experienceCore CompetenciesAdaptabilityCollaborationCuriosityService-OrientedStrives for Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)Minimum 5 years’ sales training experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience working with senior management in a corporate settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in developing multimedia learning materials
