We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Director / Head of Service to lead large-scale operations across multiple sites in the Midlands. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving organisational transformation, and embedding operational excellence.

The role requires a proven leader who thrives in challenging environments and can deliver results when service conditions, funding, or operating environments are under pressure.

• Provide strategic leadership across service-related industries such as FM, Construction, Waste, Logistics, and Transport.

• Oversee and optimise multi-site operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and strong financial performance.

• Deliver and embed organisational change programmes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Lead, develop, and inspire a large, diverse workforce.

• Foster strong stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring contractual and service excellence.
