Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Site Manager Location: Islington, Central LondonSalary: £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experienceContract: Permanent or freelance options available Hays Construction is working with a leading specialist contractor to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager or experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a major project near Islington , Central London. The overall scheme is valued at more than £13 million, with the mechanical package worth approximately £6 million to £7 million. Working alongside the Project Director and Project Manager, this role will take responsibility for the mechanical delivery of the project, from installation through to commissioning and handover. The position would suit an established Mechanical Project Manager or a delivery-focused Mechanical Site Manager with experience managing significant mechanical packages on technically demanding construction projects. The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the mechanical services package.
