Overview

We are excited to be working with a fast-expanding fintech business in their search for an experienced Payments Lawyer with strong expertise in financial services regulation. The role involves advising on payments, e-money, open banking, and related regulatory frameworks, including PSD2/PSD3, FCA requirements, AML/CTF, and consumer protection. You will provide strategic legal guidance on product launches, compliance, licensing, and regulatory engagement, while supporting commercial agreements with payment service providers, fintechs, and financial institutions.Requirements
