Service Desk Engineer - Public SectorHybrid (Central London - 2/3 days on site) 37,000- 43,000) Permanent Harvey Nash have partnered with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a Service Desk Engineer to join their London-based IT team. This role is a blend of traditional service desk and hands-on, deskside support - providing a high level of technical assistance to end users, including senior leadership and VIP stakeholders. You''ll take ownership of incidents through to resolution, contribute to documentation and process improvement, and support ongoing technology upgrades across the environment. You''ll be joining a supportive and collaborative IT function working across multiple sites, with direct exposure to modern tooling and infrastructure as the organisation continues to modernise its environment.
