Title: Customer Service AdministratorReporting to: Customer Service ManagerMain Objective: To ensure customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently, consistently delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities: Manage key accounts, providing an exceptional level of customer service within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Accurately process orders using the company system.Monitor order progress in coordination with the European Head Office.Proactively follow up on orders to keep clients informed and satisfied.Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure all customer requirements are met and resolved efficiently.Confirm stock availability and provide accurate delivery forecasts.Coordinate with carriers and couriers to facilitate deliveries and investigate any delayed consignments.
