We''re seeking a versatile developer to join our stellar international team. This role offers the opportunity to work across our entire technology stack, handling diverse technical challenges from API integrations to data transformation and business intelligence. You''ll work directly with our Head of Systems to execute technical projects while they focus on strategic planning and higher-level initiatives.This role will suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys finding solutions to complex problems and picking up new skills and tools quickly.Key Responsibilities

Development and IntegrationDevelop software applications to integrate with various APIs from third partiesBuild and maintain cloud-based applications using JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and Apps ScriptCreate and customize web pages using both WYSIWYG SaaS platforms and React/Prepr CMSAssist with Shopify development and customizationData and AnalyticsPerform data transformation and analysis within our data warehouse (Snowflake)Create automated Google Sheets reports from Snowflake data for various teamsBuild views and reporting solutions in BI tools and Google SheetsDevelop dashboards and data visualizations for business stakeholdersCloud InfrastructureUtilize AWS services including Lambda and S3 for various applicationsHandle cloud-based IT requests and occasional systems admin when our full time sysadmin is absent.Support and maintain existing cloud infrastructure based around Snowflake, AWS, Airtable, Google Sheets, AWS, etc.Integrate new tools into our cloud infrastructure using native API calls and middleware such as make.comCross-functional CollaborationLiaise with teams across the organization to complete technical projects scoped by the Head of Systems and the Project Management teamTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical support and troubleshooting as neededProcess and Operations SupportCover essential process-based tasks during team member absencesHandle routine but critical operational activities to ensure business continuitySupport day-to-day administrative and maintenance tasks as neededWe are a live operations and some ad-hoc out of hours support may be requiredEssential Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Node.jsExperience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Lambda, S3)Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)Familiarity with API development and integrationExperience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Apps Script)Web development skills (React / Next.JS knowledge a plus)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailDesirable Skills

Experience working with and building external customer facing AI tools such as Customer Service chat bots, as well as utilising AI for internal projects.Experience with BI tools and data visualizationShopify development experienceUnderstanding of data transformation and ETL processesGreat sense of humourWhat We Offer
