We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Gloucester, who are recruiting for Mould Washer / Labourer on a temporary four-month contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is between £22-£24 per hour via an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Completing mould washes and treatments within required timescales Protecting customers'' belongings and maintaining a clean work environment Applying anti-mould treatments, stain block and paint where required Recording work completed via a mobile device, including photographs Reporting any issues such as leaks, ventilation faults or follow-on repairs Supporting customers with basic advice around condensation, ventilation and heating Assisting with general labouring and material handling duties Experience required: Experience in laboring, cleaning, decorating or similar practical work Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Comfortable working within customers'' homes Independent and team working Have a good awareness of health and safety practices Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
