This pivotal role involves ensuring the organisation''s properties meet all necessary health, safety, and compliance standards, creating safe and desirable living environments for residents. The Role: As Head of Property Compliance, you will be instrumental in managing the building, health and safety, and compliance portfolios. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the repairs and maintenance and Customer Services Teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities of the Head of Property Compliance will include but not be limited too: Manage, monitor, and improve health and safety, property, and compliance standards within the workplace. Ensure legislative compliance and adherence to organisational standards. Oversee general stock management, including leasehold properties.
