Claims Team Manager - Prompt Resolution Team (FTC) Leeds Fixed Term Contract until August 2027 days per week in the office An established insurer is looking to appoint an experienced Claims Team Manager to lead its Prompt Resolution Team (PRT) within the UK Claims function. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering fast, high-quality claims outcomes while driving efficiency, performance, and team development. The Role Reporting into the Head of Insurance Claims, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Prompt Resolution Team, ensuring claims are handled proactively, accurately, and in line with agreed service standards. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a team of claims professionals through regular 1-2-1s and performance management Overseeing claims handled by the PRT, ensuring KPIs, data accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met Managing your own caseload across a range of UK National Markets classes Producing management information and performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis Supporting senior leadership with claims strategy, projects, and process improvements Maintaining strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholders Monitoring trends, complaints, and service feedback to drive continuous improvement Providing oversight of external service providers and TPAs About You You will be a confident claims leader with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative management s
