🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong office administration and customer service experience. You will be responsible for providing essential support to customers while assisting with a range of administrative duties.

📌 Main Responsibilities:

• Handling customer support emails and communicating directly with customers
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
• Booking orders and processing customer requests
• Reporting and tracking deliveries
• Filing and managing documents
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Completing general administrative duties
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service

• Previous office and customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
