They need a sharp commercial manager to lead their expansion across universities and higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland. The Role Working alongside senior management, you will create and execute commercial plans to grow institutional account share. This goes far beyond standard product sales: you will consult directly with key decision-makers, such as IT Directors, AV Managers, and Estates teams - to get solutions specified early into long-term capital builds and technology rollouts. You will split your time between face-to-face meetings, technical presentations, and project discovery sessions. You will also leverage procurement frameworks, attend major industry shows, and partner with regional integrators to move deals across the line. What You Bring Industry Experience: A background in consultative technology sales, with deep experience in AV or IT infrastructure within higher education.
