The Role: Chef de PartieWe''re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. You''ll be responsible for running your own section, delivering high-quality dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and run a designated section of the kitchenPrepare and present dishes to a consistent, high standardSupport junior chefs and contribute to a positive team environmentMaintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

What We''re Looking For:Minimum 6 months'' experience as a Commis or CDPNVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent (preferred)Experience working with fresh, seasonal produceA creative, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitudePassion for delivering exceptional food and a desire to grow
