Full paid training, permanent from day one. What you''ll be doing As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor you''ll handle inbound calls from pay-as-you-go mobile customers who can''t top up. You fix the problem first. Then, where it genuinely suits them, you move them onto a flexible monthly plan. - Sorting out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly - Asking the right questions to find out how each customer uses their phone - Recommending a monthly plan where it''s a better fit - Working across several systems while keeping customer service first - Working towards customer service and sales targets Who we''re looking for No minimum experience is needed.
