Role Overview As a Multi Trade Operative, you will carry out property repairs and maintenance across multiple sites throughout the Midlands. Based from our Worcester office, you will travel between sites across Lincolnshire, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Northampton and Coventry. This is a mobile role, so flexibility and a willingness to travel across the full contract area are essential. What You ll Deliver Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required Diagnose faults and complete effective, long-lasting repairs Support a broad range of general property maintenance duties Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team Deliver works across multiple sites in line with ..... full job details .....
