Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join an established finance team based in East Grinstead on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced bookkeeper with strong Sage Line 50 experience and is confident managing day-to-day accounts across multiple entities through to trial balance. Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function Pension Scheme Onsite parking The Bookkeeper Role: Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including processing invoices and chasing outstanding debts Producing monthly management reports and profit and loss summaries Completing daily bank, credit card and supplier statement reconciliations Preparing accounts through to trial balance for year-end review Supporting or managing monthly payroll processing and pension contributions Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns via Sage in line with Making Tax Digital requirements Producing CIS returns Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Line 50 The Ideal Bookkeeper Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role Confident managing accounts through to trial balance Ideally AAT Level 4 qualified but would consider QBE Strong Excel skills with good analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Please contact Zoe Jones at Dynamite Recruitment on for more details or apply now ..... full job details .....
