Support Worker – Waking Nights
We are recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly learning disabilities service providing support within a respite setting and community outreach. This role suits caring, reliable people who want to make a genuine difference. Experience is welcome but full training is provided and attitude is the most important factor.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the Right to Work in the UK to apply.

Day rate £13.31ph / Waking nights £14.76ph

Night shift 21:00–08:00 (waking)

Paid induction, shadowing and training

Ongoing development and qualifications

Alternate weekend working
Responsibilities

Providing 1:1 support to people with learning disabilities

Assisting with personal care and daily living

Supporting community access and activities
-
Following individual care and support plans
-
Working both in respite and outreach services
-
Recording and reporting accurately
-
Promoting independence and choice
-
Working as part of a small dedicated team
Requirements

Caring, patient and dependable approach

Willingness to work waking nights

Open to working respite
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Drivers desirable
-
Experience helpful but not essential

Interest in developing new skills
