Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive OfficerSalary: £42,343 p.a.Location: Hybrid Working Remote / LondonContract Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).This is a pivotal role at the heart of the College, providing confidential, high-level executive support that enables the President and CEO to focus on leading the College and delivering its strategic priorities. You will be a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating key activities, and acting as a central point of contact for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Key tasks and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities on behalf of the President and CEO.Coordinating correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and effective stakeholder engagement.Preparing agendas, briefing papers, presentations, reports and other documentation to support meetings and decision-making.Monitoring actions and commitments, ensuring follow-up and completion within agreed timescales.Building strong relationships with senior leaders, members and external partners.Providing high-quality secretariat and administrative support for leadership meetings, governance activities and key projects.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems ..... full job details .....
