Sales Administrator Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Up to 35,000 Type: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an established engineering and automation business based in Milton Keynes. This is a key support role within the sales team, working closely with the Business Development Manager and wider sales function to support customer quotations, pricing and the smooth running of the sales process. The role would suit someone with previous experience within a technical or engineering environment who is comfortable working with engineering teams, suppliers and customers.Job RoleSupporting the Business Development Manager and wider sales team with day to day sales activityPreparing and managing customer quotationsTaking quotations from the sales team and issuing them to customersManaging and maintaining quotation pricingLiaising with the purchasing team to obtain and confirm supplier pricingWorking closely with engineering teams and suppliers to support customer requirementsDealing with customer queries relating to quotations and pricingEnsuring quotation information is accurate and kept up to dateMaintaining accurate records within internal systemsSupporting opportunities through the quotation and sales process RequirementsPrevious experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Coordination or a similar roleStrong SAP experience is essentialPrevious experience working within a technical, engineering or manufacturing ..... full job details .....
