We re looking for an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of commercial management and drive project profitability from day one. This role offers 12 months of guaranteed work, a strong day rate, and the chance to work on complex, flagship MandE schemes in the heart of the capital. What You ll Be Doing Partner with Project Managers to exceed commercial targets. Take full control of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Prepare valuations and payment applications with precision. Manage subcontractor accounts and upstream contractual requirements. Spot, value, and recover changes, variations, and claims. Protect the business by ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Maintain rock-solid project records for claims, EOTs, and variations. Support tender submissions and contribute to strategic decisions. Build strong, professional relationships across all project stakeholders. What We re Looking For Proven MandE Quantity Surveying experience. Strong knowledge of MandE systems, construction processes, and NEC contracts. Skilled in negotiation, communication, and problem solving. Solid understanding of construction law and commercial risk. Previous success on large-scale MEP projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent). Valid CSCS card. For mo
