Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a long-term residential project in Manchester, focusing on cladding, fa-ades, and fire remediation works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing cladding, fa-ades, or fire remediation projects on residential buildings.
• Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Knowledge of fire safety, building regulations, and fa-ade systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Manchester.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project delivery on-site.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.

• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and residents.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.

• Maintain accurate project documentation.
