AV Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator Kingston upon Thames £30,000 £45,000 DOE The RoleAs a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring equipment and materials are procured, prepared and delivered on time, working closely with engineers, project teams and suppliers to support projects from initial purchase for themed attractions and immersive experiences for clients worldwide.This role would suit someone with experience in audio visual procurement or purchasing who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment.Duties Raise and manage purchase orders for AV equipment and project materials.Source products and negotiate pricing, lead times and supplier terms.Coordinate UK and international shipments.Prepare export documentation and customs paperwork.Plan and organise deliveries to project sites.Receive, inspect and verify incoming deliveries.Maintain and update equipment and kit lists.Label, palletise and prepare equipment for shipment.Loading and unloading of deliveries.Manage supplier returns, warranty claims and damaged goods.Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or product issues.Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure materials are available when required.Support logistics planning for multiple simultaneous projects.
