About the Role We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Junior Power Electronics Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience designing and developing high-power semiconductor assemblies, controlled rectifier systems, power conversion equipment, and industrial power electronics solutions. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will support projects from initial concept through design, simulation, testing, and customer acceptance. The role offers exposure to real-world high-power applications used in industries including energy, industrial manufacturing, transportation, marine, and research systems. This position is ideal for someone with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related discipline who is keen to develop practical engineering skills and build a long-term career in power electronics. What You''ll Be Doing Design and Development Support the design of power electronic systems including: Controlled rectifiers Thyristor and diode assemblies High-voltage semiconductor stacks Power conversion and protection equipment Assist in the selection and specification of power semiconductor devices.
