This is a great opportunity for a capable Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction to join an established site team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives. Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating trades. Liaising with Site Management, Project Management and subcontractors. Monitoring progress and reporting any issues or delays. Ensuring RAMS and site procedures are followed. Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site. Carrying out regular inspections and quality checks. Assisting with the planning and sequencing of works. Requirements Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on major construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site procedures and health and safety. SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS. Relevant site experience within a main contractor or subcontractor environment.
