The focus is on resolving bugs, handling tickets, and delivering small, incremental fixes across multiple applications that support key E-commerce journeys, rather than building new features or greenfield systems. The role You''ll work in a Kanban style environment, picking up tickets raised through 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and taking them through investigation, fix and resolution.
