The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to plastic components, ensuring products meet strict quality and production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare components for painting, including cleaning, masking, and inspectionOperate spray equipment to apply primers, base coats, and finishes to plastic partsEnsure paint application meets required specifications for colour, thickness, and finishMonitor and maintain paint quality throughout the processCarry out visual quality checks and identify defects or imperfectionsFollow all health and safety, quality, and environmental proceduresMaintain a clean and organised spray booth and work areaWork efficiently to meet production targets and deadlinesComplete basic production and quality records as requiredSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience working with plastic components or automotive parts is highly desirableGood understanding of spray painting techniques and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to
