Support the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns , across multiple channels including email marketing, direct mail, social media, and digital marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce engaging marketing campaigns and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, supporting lead conversion and pipeline growth.

Produce high-quality, engaging content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.

Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals, determining what supporting materials are required to aid sales activities.

As our marketing team continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and motivated Marketing Executive to join our busy team, supporting the Marketing Manager. The role involves creating strong marketing content and driving wider marketing initiatives to accelerate direct marketing activity across our Business Sales Division.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment and demonstrate measurable results in a similar role. You will support marketing efforts across multiple online and offline channels, with a focus on meeting lead generation targets to drive organic growth. A background in a B2B environment, preferably with professional services, is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

Ideally 3+ years'' experience within a B2B Marketing role delivering campaigns across multiple channels.

Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills focused on engaging and converting B2B audiences.

Proficiency in a range of marketing tools and systems.

Experience with a data-driven approach to marketing success.

Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms.
