OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Administrator to join the Health and Justice Mental Health team based in HMP Northumberland. This role supports multi-disciplinary teams who work together to provide holistic care to patients. You will be based in the prison, working closely with the team. Flexible working options are available. Offers of employment are subject to additional vetting and security checks.

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries to the clinical team, healthcare and prison professionals, taking action where necessary and ensuring messages are communicated accurately to relevant personnel in a timely manner.

Act as the first point of contact for other professionals, responding in a helpful manner to enquiries and issues raised.

Support diary management and appointment coordination, arrange and minute meetings, distribute agendas and papers.

Create and maintain up-to-date case note files for patient appointments/admissions, including liaison with other departments and sites.

Undertake general office duties as required (ordering supplies, filing, photocopying, etc.).

Qualifications and RequirementsThere are no formal qualifications specified in the description. The role includes eligibility for visa sponsorship (Health and Care Worker or Skilled Worker) subject to candidate and position eligibility, and completion of required vetting/security checks.
