About the role

• You will engage with candidates and conduct initial phone interviews with them.
• High call volume, this includes cold calling, BD outreach and following up with your clients.
• Negotiating terms of business with clients when needed.
• Discovery calls with clients to get a solid understanding of their requirements for roles that you will be working on.
• Reviewing CVs and assessing candidates'' suitability.
• Working closely with clients and managing the process from start to finish. Sending CVs scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
