Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics and warehousing operation for a Stock Controller / Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team in Newark.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing inbound and outbound bookings through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

- Maintaining accurate stock records and investigating discrepancies

- Producing and processing warehouse documentation

- Monitoring customer stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments

- Supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse operations

- Ensuring customer requirements and operational deadlines are met

- Assisting with stock reconciliations and reporting

Requirements

- Previous experience within stock control, warehouse administration or logistics administration

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience within a warehousing or logistics environment is highly desirable
