Based in, Havant, this part-time role ( hours per week) will support the Head of People in delivering consistent, high-quality HR advice and ensuring the practical application of employment law across the organisation. Reporting into the Head of People you will play a key role in resolving ER matters, supporting managers, and proactively identifying trends and themes to drive early intervention and positive outcomes.
