They are now looking to bring an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to work on their exciting projects on a permanent basis. Senior Electrical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities: Preparing project documentation including basis of design, detailed functional design specification, FAT, SIT and SAT procedures. Creating design concepts and producing detailed design documentation including electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings, cabinet and panel layout drawings, I/O lists, 3D models, bills of materials, alarms lists, design reports, cause and effect matrices, FMECA. Liaising with Purchasing for equipment procurement, preparing RFQs and technical procurement specifications. Liaising with Production, resolving design documentation issues and creating as built drawings. Start up, commissioning, factory acceptance testing, and where necessary site commissioning site integration and acceptance testing. Production of final project close out documentation package including drawing updates, OandM manuals, spare parts lists. Senior Electrical Engineer Key Requirements: Degree qualified in Electrical / Marine / Instrumentation and Controls Engineering. Proficient with E-Plan, 3D modelling and simulation platforms.
