Multiskilled Engineer - FMCG ManufacturingLocation: Thetford Salary: 51,250 per annumShift: 4 on / 4 off (05:00-15:00 and 16:30-00:30)We are working with a leading FMCG manufacturing site to recruit a Multiskilled Engineer. You will join a hands-on Engineering team, ensuring equipment availability, responding to breakdowns, and driving productivity across the factory.Key Responsibilities:Record all maintenance jobs on the CMMS system.Report directly to the Team Leader.Carry out daily mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.Undertake reactive maintenance (approx. 80%) and planned maintenance (approx. 20%).Qualifications and Experience:Minimum NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical discipline.Electrical experience preferred due to site requirements.Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience advantageous.Behaviours and Attitude:Positive, proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed.Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment.Team player, flexible and adaptable.Additional Information:A day-shift alternative is available for candidates seeking non-shift work (role title: Senior Reliability Engineer, 50k).
