You''ll sit inside a small, focused team of engineer, designer, and growth lead, taking full ownership of revenue-driving customer journeys across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle. The work Take full ownership of at least one core customer journey from architecture through to post-release monitoring. Work closely with design and growth to design and implement experiments across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle. Constantly improve your area of ownership, both technically and from a growth perspective. Support fellow engineers across pods. Our stack We run a monorepo architecture managed by Turborepo. Our core technologies include Next.js, PostgreSQL (via Supabase), QStash, Redis, Sanity, Prisma, and Growthbook. We deploy daily and keep our CI/CD lean.
