Management Accountant Senior Management Accountant 40,000 to 55,000 DOE East Kent Hybrid Working Free Parking Subsidised Meals and Drinks We are delighted to be partnering with this well-established organisation in seeking an experienced Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant to join the existing Finance team, supporting accurate and timely financial reporting across the Group. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on month-end close, management reporting, financial accounting and balance sheet control, working closely with the Head of Finance and wider Finance team. Key skills and experience:Prior experience in management accounting, financial reporting and analysisStrong experience of month-end processes and reporting / commentaryExcellent balance sheet reconciliation and control account skillsStrong understanding of general ledger integrity, journals, accruals and prepaymentsAdvanced/proficient Excel skillsExperience working with financial/business systemsStrong attention to detail, accuracy and data integrityAnalytical, proactive and solutions-focused approachAbility to work independently and deliver to tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant accountancy qualification, Qualified, Part-Qualified or QBEKnowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel / BI or data visualisation experience, and statutory audit experience.
