A leading global multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Property team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established cost management team working across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. You ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own commissions, work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth of the Bristol office. The team delivers projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector and mixed-use developments, providing cost and commercial advice from early feasibility through to project completion. The Role Lead cost management commissions from feasibility and concept through to completion and final account. Prepare cost plans, estimates, feasibility studies and financial reports. Manage procurement and tender processes, advising clients on appropriate procurement strategies. Administer contracts and manage valuations, variations, change control and final accounts. Provide strategic cost and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client relationships and work closely with project managers, designers and wider consultancy teams.
