Reconciliations Manager (Hybrid)

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance - Reconciliations Manager with extensive transactional finance, cash, reconciliations experience and also people management skills. The Reconciliations Manager will analyse the transactions and oversee the cash flow, transactions, reconciliations activity, reporting and managing the team.Salary: up to 38K + bonus + excellent benefitsLocation: Surrey - Hybrid workingFinance Reconciliations Manager duties:Monthly reconciliation of bank accountsChecking of transactions, analysis - monitor the end-to-end production and review of the reconciliation reportingMonitoring and checking of daily cash flow - ledgersCash reconciliationsProduce monthly management reportingManage and supporting the reconciliations team on a daily and weekly basisWorking closely with the treasury teamSkills and experience:Experience of working in a similar Finance - Reconciliations - Cash roleProven people management skills and experience of managing a teamExcellent communication and numeracy skillsAttention to detail and knowledge of nominal ledger, debits and credits
