In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients across the Manchester region. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art systems and provide exceptional service to a diverse range of customers.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Maintenance: Install, service, and maintain fire alarms, security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control), and other related systems.Technical Support: Diagnose faults, provide solutions, and carry out repairs on all systems.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients'' needs are met and systems are functioning properly.Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant fire and security regulations and company policies.Documentation: Complete service reports and documentation accurately, including risk assessments and system testing.Door-to-Door Pay: Travel to and from job sites across the Manchester area, with door-to-door pay included.Overtime: Available and encouraged, with overtime paid above standard working hours.Key RequirementsProven expe
