You will play a key role in preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for a wide range of construction and building products. This is a commercially focused position that requires excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate quotations and cost estimates from customer enquiries, drawings and specificationsReview technical drawings, bills of quantities and project requirementsCalculate material quantities and project costsLiaise with customers, contractors, architects and internal departments regarding project detailsObtain and maintain supplier pricing informationProduce tender submissions and quotation packages within agreed deadlinesIdentify value engineering and cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain pricing schedules and project documentationMonitor market pricing trends and competitor activitySupport project handovers to operational and customer service teamsTrack ..... full job details .....
