we''re looking for three customer service professionals to support Customer Service Advisor project with a fantastic and well-established client of ours.

They''re well known within the local community for their great team environment, supportive atmosphere and excellent training. We''ve placed numerous people with them on temporary projects over the years, and for many it has been a great opportunity to gain office-based experience, whilst for others it''s simply been a good way to keep busy and earn some extra money.

In this role, you''d typically be taking inbound calls, processing payments and dealing with customer queries, following a straightforward and largely scripted processes. Full training will be provided on how to structure these calls and use their phone and computer system too.

The company is PCI compliant, so you won''t have any exposure to customers'' card information.

As part of this role, you''d be working during core hours, Monday to Friday, with shifts such as:

9am to 5pm / 9.30am to 5.30pm / 10am to 6pm / 10.30am to 6.30pm

This is an office-based role in the Apsley area of Hemel Hempstead, and remote working isn''t an option. With this in mind, you''ll need to be able to get to the office each day.

Please be aware mobile phones aren''t permitted within the Contact Centre and would need to be stored in a designated locker during working hours. This is worth bearing in mind when considering the role.

We''re initially looking for people who are available for a few weeks of work, although there will likely be opportunities for some people to continue with the company on a longer-term basis too.

The role will be weekly paid whilst temping, paying -12.71 per hour + holiday pay accrual.

Due to the industry of this company, you''ll also be required to undergo a credit check and DBS check. These will be arranged and paid for by an outsourced service provider if you''re successfully offered the role, and you''ll just need to complete some forms and provide proof of ID and address.

We''re ideally looking to book short telephone chats/interviews, followed by a few days to a week for the necessary compliance checks. This means we''re hoping to have people starting from 19th October 2026.
