Mechanical Supervisor Mentor (Automotive Background) Location: Newmarket Suffolk Fixed Term 6 Months This exciting opportunity is Ideal for an experienced car mechanic or mechanical professional ready to pass on their skills. This role is perfect for someone from a hands-on automotive or mechanical background who wants to move away from the tools and into a rewarding training role, using transferable skills to support others into employment. Based on-site at Highpoint you will be mentroing , you ll work with small groups of adult learners, helping them develop practical skills, confidence, and positive behaviours that support long-term employability and rehabilitation.
